Zach McMakin has grown up in the field of telecom and cabling.  He started working as a 16 yr. old pulling and terminating cable with his Dad.  After High School he went to work as a technician for Interwest Telcom and helped install the fiber optics at the WSU sports complex during that time.  In 2015, Zach moved to into the internet field as the lead directional driller for fiber optic cabling participating in one of the first fiber to the home initiatives in Washington state with PocketiNet Communications, Inc.  With the experience he has gained, Zach decided that he was ready to start the 2nd generation of Abundant Technologies.  In 2020, we were happy to see Zach move back to Abundant Technologies as the Operations Manager. Zach has a great work ethic and is committed to taking care of the customer in excellence. Zach’s hobbies are paintballing, snowmobiling, fishing and hunting and raising South African Cichlid fish.
